MIDDLETOWN – The worker
who fell some 40 feet from a bucket truck while trimming tree limbs in
Middletown on Monday has died.
The victim was a 25-year-old Middletown man whose name police did not
make public.
The man had been trimming trees on Highland Avenue when he fell and sustained
serious injuries.
“It does not appear that safety equipment was being utilized,”
Middletown Police Lt. Jeffrey Thoelen, told Mid-Hudson News.
