TOWN OF ULSTER – Police charged a Saugerties man with assaulting another person with a skateboard during a fight in the parking lot of the Kings Valley Diner on Ulster Avenue in the Town of Ulster.
Police charged Thaddeus Tolbert, 24 with felony assault for striking the victim with a skateboard causing injuries. He was also charged with a misdemeanor of criminally possessing a weapon. He was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
