KINGSTON – Mayor Steven Noble has named a new Kingston public works
superintendent.

Edward Norman of Saugerties fits the bill for the department’s top
job, said Noble.

“It is such a busy department with so many different aspects and
provides so many valuable services that we really looked to someone like
Edward who is going to help manage all of that as well as work within
our municipal budget to make sure that we can deliver the best quality
services with the least amount of public funds,” Noble said.
Norman has over 30 years of experience in the field as the owner and
operator of a private construction and excavating company.

The Kingston public works department has some 60 employees
