PATTERSON – Two men were arrested by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office following the burglary of a deli in the Town of Patterson.
The Border-Line Deli at 182 Fairfield Drive in Patterson was burglarized at about 1:35 a.m. on July 4. The front door and window had been broken and the business was burglarized.
On July 8, following investigation, sheriff’s BCI officers arrested David Lussier, 18, of Putnam Valley and Timothy Yeager, 21, of Eastport. Both were charge with the felonies of burglary and criminal mischief.
Lussier was sent to the Putnam county Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.  Yeager was released on his own recognizance.
