NEW ROCHELLE – Police
in New Rochelle have arrested a 28-year-old homeless man and charged him
with murder in the death of a woman whose body was found in the driveway
of the former Armory building at 270 Main Street on Friday.
Jose Olmos was arrested early Saturday in connection with the death of
Nurten Seljuk, 66, whose address has not been confirmed.
Police said it appears she suffered massive blunt force trauma to her
head, but the cause of death is pending the outcome of a medical examiner’s
investigation.
