HOPEWELL JUNCTION – Construction activity for a water main installation on Oak Ridge Road in Hopewell Junction will continue onto Dogwood Road south of the Little Switzerland subdivision on Tuesday, July 17. That will necessitate the temporary closure of Dogwood Road south of Switzerland for 10 work days.
The closure will be from the intersection of Oak Ridge Road and Dogwood Road and the intersection of Mountain Pass Road and Dogwood Road. Access to Dogwood will only be granted to residents via oak Ridge and JoAnn roads.
Project officials said drivers should be aware of traffic control devices, flaggers and changed traffic patterns during the temporary closure of Dogwood Road.
