HIGHLAND – An Olive Bridge man was arrested on Wednesday after Town of Lloyd Police found him passed out in his running motor vehicle at a gas pump on Route 9W in Highland.
Robert Harper III was found in possession of cocaine and methamphetamine and was
charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and driving while
ability impaired by drugs, both as felonies. He was to the Ulster County
Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond pending a future court
appearance.
