COXSACKIE – A Thruway traffic stop in the Town of Coxsackie late Thursday afternoon resulted in the discovery of 11 pounds of marijuana and the arrests of two men.
The driver, Elvyn Colon, 33, of the Bronx and passenger Jawon Dicarlo, 38, of Schenectady were each charged with criminal possession of marijuana as a felony. Dicarlo was also charged with a felony violation of parole and Colon was charged with a vehicle and traffic violation.
Both are in the Greene County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000 cash bail or bond for Colon and $20,000 cash or bond for Dicarlo.
