Port Jervis woman gets PA jail time for retail theft

MILFORD, PA – A Port Jervis man was sentenced from one to 12 months in the Pike County Jail and fined $400 for retail theft and simple assault.
Tristen Coxson, 25, took over $150 worth of items from a retail store in Westfall Township on December 16, 2016, without paying for them. While being escorted back into the store by an asset protection employee, Coxson knocked the employee to the ground and fled.
