MIDDLETOWN – Regional Economic Community Action Program is seeking public input through an online survey to collect data on how service recipients, partners, community leaders, vendors and other service providers perceive need in the community.
Questions are on issues of poverty, childcare, healthcare, employment, transportation, nutrition, housing and education.
The 26-question survey, at www.recap.org, takes about seven minutes to complete and is available in Spanish and English. Paper survey forms are available upon request.
The survey period ends on June 7.
