KINGSTON – A Walden man has been arrested by investigators from the Ulster County Family and Child Advocacy Center on a felony charge of course of sexual conduct against a child.
Ulrich Arlt, 36, allegedly sexually abused a 13-year-old child repeatedly
in New Paltz over the course of some three years. He was sent to the Ulster
County Jail in lieu of $60,000 cash bail or $120,000 bond. An order of
protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
Town of New Paltz and State Police assisted in the investigation.
