Kingston man charged with felonies following domestic dispute

TOWN OF ULSTER – A Kingston man is charged with felony unlawful imprisonment and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon following a domestic dispute in the Town of Ulster early Monday morning.
Town police said the physical domestic incident resulted in the arrest of Jamal Thomas, 33, also on two charges of endangering the welfare of a child and three charges of possession of an ammo feeding device, all as misdemeanors. Thomas was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.
