MILFORD, PA – A Harris man was sentenced to six to 12 months in the Pike County, Pennsylvania Jail and fined $400 for theft and criminal mischief.
Joshua Forshay, 26, took $3,700 in cash and prescription medication from an individual’s residence in Lackawaxen Township without permission on January 17, 2017. He also damaged the victim’s personal safe to gain access to the cash and pills, the court said.
