WHITE PLAINS – A former CNBC television director pled guilty on Tuesday to spying on his teenage nanny with a hidden camera in his Pleasantville home.
Daniel Switzen, 44, pled guilty to the felony charge of unlawful surveillance and faces 1 ½ to four years in state prison when sentenced in August. He will also be required to register as a sex offender when released.
On November 13, 2017, Switzen placed a secret camera in a bathroom inside his home. The camera was hidden in a tissue box and was discovered by the victim. Switzen admitted to placing the camera in the bathroom to capture the victim and her friends on video.
