KINGSTON – City Police in Kingston arrested a Connelly man for allegedly trafficking narcotics throughout the city.
Michael Rodriguez, 35, was taken into custody outside his residence on Center Street in Connelly on April 17. Police executed a search warrant at that time. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally using drug paraphernalia and to the Ulster County Jail without bail.
As the investigation unfolded, evidence was recovered in several locations, yielding over 13 ounces of heroin and a substantial amount of cash and drug paraphernalia.
The investigation is continuing and further arrests are anticipated, police said.
