WHITE PLAINS – The Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service and the Sullivan County Multiple Listing Service finalized an agreement to join the two entities, expanding the Hudson Gateway MLS coverage to five counties in the region.
Sullivan County MLS has some 200 agents in 58primary participating offices with a listing inventory of over 1,400 active listings.
The growth of the regional MLS “has enabled all participants and subscribers to access a widening market area to the benefit of the customers and clients we serve as well as the cost savings from having only to join a single MLS,” said Hudson Gateway MLS CEO Richard Haggerty.
The expanded home sales agency also has listings in Orange, Putnam, Rockland and Westchester counties.
