Claverack woman arrested for burglary

CLAVERACK – A Claverack woman is charged with felony burglary after she allegedly entered the residence of her tenant illegally and stole bottles of liquor.
State Police arrested Kim Banks, 51, on March 24, one day after she allegedly entered the person’s apartment on Route 217 in Claverack. She was released on her own recognizance pending a future court appearance.
