PHILMONT –A 68-year-old
Philmont man has been arrested by State Police and the FBI for federal
offenses of distribution of child pornography and possession of child
pornography.
On March 1, authorities arrested James Brady after they executed a search
warrant at his residence on Eagle Street in the Village of Philmont. Evidence
was secured leading to his arrest.
Brady was arraigned in US District Court in Albany and remanded to the
Rensselaer County Jail.
