Lagrange man arrested for assault following domestic dispute

LAGRANGE – A Lagrange man was arrested by State Police on Sunday, March 11 on a felony charge of assault as well as a misdemeanor charge of menacing following a domestic dispute. State Police were called to Bray Farm Lane in the Town of Lagrange on Sunday and investigation determined that Saheer Ali, 20, allegedly struck the victim with a copper pipe and then menacing the victim with a BB gun.
Ali was sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond.
