HYDE PARK – Police are looking for a woman who is wanted for failing to register as a sex offender.
Nichole Plass, also known as Donna Howay, Nicky Lee and Nicky Nick, has
been wanted since Hyde Park Justice Court issued a warrant for her arrest
three years ago on January 31, 2015.
Hyde Park Police said she is believed to be in the City of Kingston area.
She is described as white, five-feet, six-inches tall, with brown eyes and hair.
