CARMEL – A Bronx woman, who was being committed to the Putnam County Jail for a violation of probation, was found in possession of drugs.
Lisa Bianco, 39, was found in possession of alleged heroin and cocaine while being searched during intake procedure. She was charged with two felony counts of promoting prison contraband and two misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Bianco is being held in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
