Dutchess man accused of repeatedly using someone else’s debit card

STANFORD – State Police arrested an Amenia man for allegedly using the debit card of a person he knew to make ATM withdrawals totaling over $349.  The thefts occurred over a month.
Thomas Justry, 21, was charged with nine counts of identity theft and grand larceny, all as felonies, and a misdemeanor of unlawful possession of personal identification. Justry was issued an appearance ticket returnable to town court.
