Man indicted in Kingston murder

KINGSTON – An Ulster County grand jury indicted a Kingston man on a murder charge in a death last month.
Seth Lyons, 20, was charged with intentionally killing Anthony Garro, Jr., 49, by striking him over the head with a blunt instrument. Garro’s body was discovered under the Elmendorf Street Bridge on the morning of November 29.
Lyons was located by Kingston City Police later that day following an investigation.
