KINGSTON – Three men have
been arrested by the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office working
with the Ulster County Child Support Collection Unit for failing to pay
a total of $112,391 in child support.
Ryan Nolan, 34, was arrested on November 3 in Oswego County. He owes $63,987.21
in child support payments to an Ulster County resident.
Michael Mann, 31, was arrested on November 4 in the Town of Wallkill.
He owes $27,958.35 in child support to an Ulster County resident.
Robert Sprague, 34, was arrested on November 6 in Rockland County. Sprague
owes $19,446.46 in child support payments to an Ulster County resident.
All three are scheduled to appear in Ulster Town Court.
