Beacon man charged with possessing crack cocaine

BEACON – Police charged a Beacon man with two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance following a narcotics investigation in the City of Beacon.
The Dutchess County Drug Task Force arrested Carl Mimms II, 45, on Thursday night, November 2 after he was found in possession of a quantity of crack cocaine.  Mimms was sent to the Dutchess County Jail without bail pending a future court appearance.
