MONTICELLO – The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office arrested a level one sex offender on a felony warrant for failing to register.
Stephen Mackey, 50, allegedly moved to Schenectady without notifying authorities of his change of address or updating his photograph. He was picked up Friday evening by City of Schenectady Police during a vehicle stop.
Mackey was arraigned in the Town of Thompson and sent to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $500 bail pending a future court appearance.
