KINGSTON – The Ulster
Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team has arrested a Rosendale woman
for drug sales and possession.
On October 31, police arrested Ilene Epstein, 48, following an investigation
into diverted pharmaceutical sales in Rosendale.
Epstein was located in the town and taken into custody.
She was charged with two counts each of criminal sale and possession of
a controlled substance as felonies.
She was arraigned and remanded to the Ulster County jail in lieu of $50,000
cash bail or $100,000 bond.
