CORTLANDT – Three Ossining residents were arrested on Thursday in the theft of over $1,252 in merchandise stolen from the Kohl’s department store on Main Street in Cortlandt.
State Police charged Mariano Ferrin, 71, Monica Ferrin-Velez, 36, and Yadira Guerrero, 42, all with felony grand larceny. Ferrin-Velez and Guerrero were also charged with endangering the welfare of a child as a misdemeanor. All three were sent to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond each.
State Police were alerted to the crime by department store personnel.
