OSSINING – State Police, arrested a civilian vocational instructor employed by the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision at the Sing Sing Correctional Facility.
An investigation revealed that Ronald Cherry, 59, of Ossining, was possession of two 16.9-ounce water bottles filled with an alcoholic beverage while within the facility. Cherry was issued an appearance ticket for promoting prison contraband, a misdemeanor.
