Dubaldi

ALBANY – Former Orange County Republican political operative Carmen
Dubaldi has been released from state prison. His earliest parole date
of August 3 was granted, according to the state prison system website.

Dubaldi, 50, was incarcerated in the Groveland Medium Security Correctional
Facility since August 11, 2016.

His maximum sentence ends on August 3, 2019. With his parole, Dubaldi
will serve the remainder of his sentence under community supervision until
then.

Dubaldi, formerly of New Windsor, pled guilty to grand larceny for stealing
campaign funds from Republicans former County Executive Edward Diana,
State Senator William Larkin and former Assemblywoman Annie Rabbitt.
