.22 caliber pen-gun
HIGHLAND – A 16-year-old Rosendale youth was arrested early Wednesday
at Highland Landing Park while in possession of a disguised .22 caliber
firearm – a pen-gun, as well as marijuana.
The teen, whose name Lloyd Town Police did not make public, was charged
with trespass for being at the park at 1 a.m. when it was closed, felony
criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of marijuana.
He was arraigned and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $10,000
cash bail or $25,000 bond pending a future court appearance.
