Ulster man charged with rape for having sex with minor

HIGHLAND – An Ulster man has been arrested and charged with felony,
criminal sexual act and disseminating indecent material to a minor, all
as felonies.

State Police arrested Sean Roff, 25, on Sunday, July 23 following an investigation
by State Police BCI from the Highland barracks.

Roff was arraigned and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $100,000
cash bail or $200,000 bond.
