FERNDALE – State Police
are investigating a bicycle accident that occurred on Tuesday on Ferndale
and Ferndale-Loomis roads in Ferndale on Tuesday.
The operator of the bicycle struck the guard rail and was thrown over
it, down an embankment and into a creek where emergency responders attended
to her.
Responding to the scene were the Liberty Fire Department, State Police,
state forest rangers, Hatzolah and Mobile Medic ambulance.
The nature of the victim’s injures were unknown as of Tuesday evening.
