Two charged with drug sales in Port Jervis

PORT JERVIS – Execution of a no-knock search warrant at 10 Prospect
Street in Port Jervis resulted in the arrests of two people and the seizure
of drugs.

A search of the apartment on Friday, July 21 found over 17 grams of cocaine,
a scale, packaging materials and cash.

Brian Stevenson, 39, who lives at the apartment, was charged with two
counts of felony drug possession, criminal use of drug paraphernalia and
misdemeanor drug possession.

Stevenson, who has two or more prior felony convictions, was remanded
to the Orange County Jail without bail.

Nicole Reggio, 34, of the same address, was charged with misdemeanor drug
possession. She was released on her own recognizance.

The investigation was conducted by Port Jervis City Police the Orange
County Sheriff’s Office Special Operations Group and Town of Deerpark
police.
