Man found shot following I-95 accident

MAMARONECK – State Police are investigating a vehicle crash on Interstate 95 north between exit 18B and 19 just before 6:00 Tuesday evening.
Troopers found a man who appeared to have suffered serious injuries including gunshot wounds. 
Mouhamed Cisse, 24, of the Bronx, was an occupant in a GMC U-Haul van bearing Arizona license plates with possible right front-end damage.  Cisse was transported to Jacobi Medical Center where he was listed in critical condition.
The incident necessitated the closure of I-95 while the incident was investigated by members of State Police Troop K and Troop T.
