Police are still investigating with no arrests as of late Monday
HILLCREST – A cab driver is in Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla after he was shot in the head while on West Eckerson Road in Hillcrest. Ramapo Police said the 23-year-old driver was shot shortly after 3 p.m. while driving on West Eckerson. The vehicle left the road and struck a tree.
Authorities did not reveal his condition.
The investigation into who shot the man is continuing with Ramapo Police being assisted by Spring Valley and State Police and the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office.
