CLAVERACK – A Claverack man was arrested on Monday, June 12 on a charge of misdemeanor sexual misconduct.
On June 12, State Police were requested to investigate the report of a sexual offense between a 16-year-old Claverack girl and Brandon Moore. With the assistance of the Columbia County Child Advocacy Center, it was discovered that Moore, 20, had engaged in sexual contact with the victim.
Moore was released on his own recognizance pending future court action.
