Man found murdered in Monticello

MONTICELLO – Police are investigating
the discovery of a man’s body behind a building at 9 High Street in
the Village of Monticello on Saturday morning.

They have tentatively ruled it a homicide. State Police, the Sullivan County
Sheriff’s Office and District Attorney are assisting in the investigation.

The body was found covered with debris around 8:30 a.m.
