CATSKILL – State Police arrested three suspects, all from Catskill, in connection with a Village of Coxsackie home break-in on the evening of June 1.  A fourth suspect is being sought.
The occupants of the home told police the four entered and demanded property. After a confrontation, the suspects fled the scene in a black extended cab pickup truck.
Troopers spotted it on Route 9W south driving toward the Village of Catskill. As troopers went after it, the vehicle entered North Allen Street and stopped.  The three fled on foot into a wooded area.
With assistance from the Greene County Sheriff’s Office and the Village of Catskill Police Department, three of the suspects, including Jakawn Heath, 20, and two 17-year-old juveniles, were caught. The fourth suspect is still on the loose.
The three arrested suspects were arraigned and committed to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail or $30,000 bond each.
