SPRING VALLEY – State
Police have arrested a Pearl River man for allegedly stealing money from
the Spring Valley toll plaza.
Matthew Carle, 61, was arrested early Tuesday on charges of falsifying
business records and petit larceny. The arrest stemmed from an on-going
investigation of money being stolen from the toll plaza.
The State Police, Thruway Authority Audit Division and Management Services.
Carle was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Spring Valley
Village Court.
