NEW LEBANON – A New Lebanon man was arrested on Thursday in Columbia County as a fugitive from justice.
Charles Tabon, 37, was taken into custody on an active arrest warrant from Pittsfield, Massachusetts on charges of kidnapping and assault and battery. He was arraigned sent to the Columbia County Jail without bail pending extradition.
