Drowning of infant under investigation

NIVERVILLE – Authorities are investigating he accidental drowning of a one-year-old child.
EMS workers were dispatched at 5:30 p.m. on Friday to a residence in the hamlet of Niverville in the Town of Kinderhook for a report of a baby found unresponsive in a swimming pool.
The child was transported to Albany Medical Center.
State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Livingston Barracks are conducting an investigation with no further information available as of late Friday night.
