TARRYTOWN – A Tarrytown man was killed late Tuesday night when the motorcycle he was operating ran off a road and struck a concrete barrier.
State Police said Kennedy Severino, 32, was northbound on the deceleration ramp of exit 8 in I-87 in the Village of Tarrytown, shortly after 10:30 p.m., when he failed to maintain his lane, lost control and struck the barrier. He died at the scene.
