KINGSTON – Town of Ulster Police arrested a Stone Ridge man on a charge of forcible touching
On May 15, the department received a complaint from a woman reporting she was the victim of sexual abuse on two occasions since April 8.
As a result of an investigation, David Teague, 38, was identified as the suspect. He later turned himself in and was charged with two counts of misdemeanor forcible touching. He was released to appear at a later date.
An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
