KINGSTON – By an 851-vote margin, residents in the Kingston City School District approved the budget on Tuesday. A total of 1,863 people voted in favor of it while 1,012 opposed it.
Incumbent school board members Rev. James Childs, Sr., Priscilla Lowe and Nora Scherer were re-elected.
