TOWN OF ULSTER – A Kingston woman is charged by Ulster Town Police with felony assault and misdemeanor criminal possession of a weapon following an incident on Friday night.
Police said Rosalyn Gunter, 39, was apparently in a dispute with another individual and cut that person with a box cutter. The victim, who police did not say was male or female, was treated and released for lacerations at the Health Alliance Hospital Broadway Campus in Kingston.
Gunter was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail or $25,000 bond pending a future court appearance.
