PORT JERVIS – Four people were arrested this past week in Port Jervis as police continue to crack down on drug trafficking in that city.
The investigations and arrests were conducted by Port Jervis City and Town of Deerpark Police, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office Special Operations Group and the District Attorney’s Office.
On April 5, authorities executed a search warrant at 111 Ryan Street, Apartment 3 and arrested Kayla Goldschneider, 25, and Antwon Pinney, 29, both of that address and charged them with felony criminal possession of drugs with intent to sell and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.  Police recovered cash, 54 bags of heroin, some five grams of crack cocaine, packaging materials and other drug paraphernalia.
The arrests stem from an investigation into the sale or heroin and crack cocaine from that apartment.
Goldschneider and Pinney were sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $30,000 bail each.
Two days later on April 7, police executed a search warrant at 101 West Main Street, Apartment 2, and arrested Kelly Dean, 49, of that address. She was charged with two counts of felony criminal possession of drugs.  Police seized cash, a 2005 Ford Focus and heroin. The arrest stems from an investigation into the sale of drugs at that location.
