Man charged with violating sex offender registry requirement

KINGSTON – City Police in Kingston have arrested a local man on a felony charge of violating a sex offender registry requirement of failing to notify them of a change of address.
Anthony Bell, 32, of VanBuren Street in Kingston was arrested after police
found he was not living at a Fair Street address he had provided. An investigation
ensued that determined he was living at a VanBuren Street residence when,
in fact, he had registered at another address.
Bell, a registered sex offender, had failed to notify the state of several address changes.
