KINGSTON – A Pine Bush woman pled guilty in Ulster County Court to driving while ability impaired by a combined influence of drugs as a felony.
Kristen Casey, 36, was arrested on the afternoon of May 8, 2016 following a one-car crash on Brimestone Hill Road in the Town of Shawangunk. At the time, she showed signs of impairment. A toxicology report performed by the State Police lab revealed she had at least four controlled substances in her blood at the time of her arrest.
Casey, who has a prior conviction for driving while ability impaired by drugs in 2015, will be sentenced next month.
