WHITE PLAINS – A Yonkers man pled guilty in Westchester County Court to two counts of vehicular manslaughter and other crimes in connection with the death of another man, whose vehicle he struck head-on when he crossed lanes at a Yonkers intersection.

Both men were taken to Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx where Martinez died.
Perry’s blood alcohol content was .27 percent, more than three times the legal limit.
When sentenced, Perry faces a minimum of one to three years to a maximum of five to 15 years in state prison.
